At Parrott Floral Co. we are here to make this part of planning, relaxed and enjoyable all while designing florals that exceed your wildest expectations. My design style can be described as feminine + whimsical but with many years of creative experience, I’m an expert in a wide variety of styles.
I travel all over Iowa, including Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Des Moines, + Dubuque, but I love traveling beyond Iowa’s boarders too!

Inquire
Contact us by using our Schedule a Consultation tab, once we verify your date is available - we’ll set up a time to meet in my in-home floral studio and get all your delightful details.
Consultation
Once here for your consultation, we’ll talk about all your details, inspiration, and the overall vibe and design style of your wedding.
Proposal
Within a week of your consultation, you’ll receive a personalized proposal customized with your design visions mixed with my design experiences and expertise. Every wedding is customizable, we will design within your budget and give you ideas to maximize the floral impact.
Booking
A $500 non-refundable deposit will then be required to reserve your wedding date. Your deposit will be applied to your final balance. This secures Parrott Floral Co. as your florist for your big day.
Final Consultation
Around 1-2 months prior to your event date, we’ll contact you to schedule your final consultation. At this time, we’ll go over your design plan, make any changes that you have, and finalize all our plans for your wedding day!
Final Payment
Your remaining balance is due at the time of your final consultation.
Sneak Peak on the Eve of your Wedding
This is my favorite part! The day before your wedding, we’ll send you pictures or you can stop by the studio to see your bouquet. This ensures that you are in LOVE with your gorgeous bouquet.

Your wedding day is finally here, relax and enjoy your day while we show off our expertise and make your floral dreams come true! We are full service so no need to stress about anything, we’ll set up everything based on your proposal that we’ve created.
